Should I get the Rant or the Lg lotus.....?

I will be signing with sprint next month and cant decided between these two phones. Whats good are bad about each one. thanksShould I get the Rant or the Lg lotus.....?
Well both of these phones are very different.





The LG lotus is a flip phone with a square-ish body when closed, but when opened it has a very big and crisp screen and a full qwerty keyboard. I don't find it that easy to type on (i type on the bigger keys of an LG rumour) but if have owned a blackberry or other phone it would be easy to get used to. It also has a 2 megapixel camera.





The samsung rant is a slider phone that, when slid to the right, reveals a full qwerty keyboard. the keys are more spaced out and you can grip them better. The screen is much smaller than the Lotus. It also has a 2 megapixel camera.





Both of these phones also have sprints new one-click interface.





I would suggest going to best buy or something and play with the dummy phones and get a feel for them, and watch online reviews to get all the details on both phones.Should I get the Rant or the Lg lotus.....?
I was once in the same position you were in. But i decided to chose the Rant. I chose the Rant because i may get tired of typing with two fingers. And on the Rant you can on the front keypad with one hand if your not able to text with two fingers.





And there really is no difference in features except the Rant has a sliding qwerty keyboard.





And the Lotus is a flip phone w/ a qwerty keyboard. And also has music controls on the outside of the phone and you can also read your text without opening the phone.





And the Rant is $50 cheaper
i am in the same situation, im not sure between the rant or the lotus, as of now i am leaning to the lotus, i think it looks cool and i like having a big screen, so i think i am getting the lotus but i am interested in what others are saying about the rant.
