we pay for unlimited txt pic n internet usage but wen i try to send or receive a pic it asks for a set pass 4-32 characters ...weve tryed my number our account passwrd everything does ne1 kno how this passwrd even came to b here...it has ntn to do wit locking my cell to keep people from going through it its just for picsMy samsing rant wont send or recieve picture mail....its asking for a set password?
Call the company you have the phone through, they should be able to reset it.
