I took my samsung rant to cricket to flash it, to fully flash it and they said they were unable. Why is that?

they sell the exact same phone and it just confuses me why i cant flash mine.


i like their prices so help me out here please!!!I took my samsung rant to cricket to flash it, to fully flash it and they said they were unable. Why is that?
Ok first of all, this section is about the sport known as cricket and not the mobile phone company.





Secondly, i doubt each store would have equipment to flash a phone and even if they did; it is probably not allowed to be done as it could break a different companies contract and get them sued if they did it regularly.





Just get it done elsewhere, and put a cricket sim in it.
