Unfortunately, you will need to find a different phone.
Cricket %26amp; Metro PCS use CDMA. T-Mobile is GSM. You can look up the differences between the two, but it comes down to which service work best in your area %26amp; the handsets %26amp; plans that you want. Other CDMA carriers are Sprint, Verizon and Alltel. Another GSM carrier is AT%26amp;T (formerly Cingular). GSM carriers will use SIM cards, whereas CDMA does not. If you want a phone to use with T-Mobile, I would suggest trying eBay or going to AT%26amp;T's website and finding a GoPhone. These phones can be used with T-mobile. There are several inexpensive yet feature-filled options. Take a look, and good luck!
If you decide to go with MetroPCS instead, my sister has the Messager and it is a great phone :)
